Sarah Suleman is an associate in KISCH IP’s trade mark department, where her primary priorities concern trade mark litigation matters such as company name objections, domain name disputes, oppositions throughout Africa, and trade mark and copyright infringement proceedings.
Sarah also has an understanding of trade mark filings and prosecution, including reporting official actions and filing submissions. Her focus areas extend to preparing quotations, administration of trade mark portfolios, assisting with portfolio takeovers and change of address for service, conducting audits, conducting trade mark availability and registrability searches, drafting deeds of assignment, preparing letters of consent, and facilitating approaches and drafting-related undertakings.
