Makhosazana Mkhwanazi is an associate in KISCH IP’s commercial department, where she advises client on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters which includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, as well as providing strategic guidance on business transactions, compliance and risk management.
Makhosazana’s experience also extends to civil litigation and dispute resolution. She assists client’s in managing disputes from inception through to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research and supporting litigation strategy.
