Experience

  • Diseko is a  Patent Attorney Clerk in KISCH IP’s Patent Department. Her Ph.D. in Chemistry makes her an ideal fit for the Department, primarily focusing on chemical patents and Plant Breeders’ Rights (PBR) matters.  
  • Her strong academic background in chemistry provides her with extensive knowledge across various fields, including inorganic  chemistry, nanotechnology, biopolymer chemistry, materials science, and water purification.  
  • In addition to her work in patents and PBR, Diseko assists in copyright, unlawful competition, and litigation matters.
