Dahlia is an Associate in the Trade Mark Department at KISCH IP, with a primary focus on trade mark litigation matters, namely trade mark and copyright infringement proceedings, company name objections, domain name disputes, as well as trade mark oppositions and cancellations throughout Africa.
Dahlia’s experience further extends to trade mark fillings and prosecution namely, reporting and responding to office actions, assignments, portfolio take overs, trade mark availability and registrability searches, liaising with foreign associates and trade mark registries; trade mark renewals and restoration applications.
