Experience
Hashiem Logday is a Senior Associate and Head of the firm’s Anti-Counterfeiting Department.
He served his articles of clerkship at Adams & Adams after attaining his LLB degree and LLM degree at the University of Cape Town in 2019 and 2020, respectively. In 2023, Hashiem was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Hashiem’s specialises in customs recordals; training law enforcement officials; border and in-market enforcement initiatives, conducting in-market surveys and detailed investigations; parallel (grey) goods and online enforcement matters; managing civil High Court litigation and supporting criminal prosecutions; and managing anti-counterfeiting cases across the African continent.
