Shaawn is a Senior Associate at KISCH IP in the Trade Marks Enforcement Department.
Shaawn has extensive knowledge in litigation varying from trade mark opposition, trade mark infringement, copyright infringement and company name objections across many African countries. Furthermore, Shaawn has experience in and continuous to assist clients with domain name disputes with WIPO.
She works with large portfolios dealing in pharmaceuticals, retail, liquor and luxury goods. Shaawn provides holistic business / enforcement strategies to clients. In addition, she has worked with government institutions to draft and vet their copyright agreements.
